We ship via USPS. Cost and time may vary depending on location. Three Palms Collective is not responsible for any lost packages, shipping delays, or incorrect addresses.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges on our leashes since they are handmade.

  • Return packages must be postmarked within the 14 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be unworn & in new condition
The Full Amount minus shipping cost will be refunded to your original form of payment within 1-5 business days of us receiving your return.
  • Items that are sent back to us in exchange need to follow the same terms as the return policy above. 
  • Online exchanges must be initiated and post marked within 14 days from the delivery date. Please email us prior to your exchange with what you are exchanging for.
